Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Resolo's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Service Description
Resolo provides an AI-powered platform designed to streamline modern workflows, including:
User Accounts
To access our services you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Providing accurate, current, and complete information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
Business and personal productivity workflows
Content creation for legitimate purposes
Data analysis, research, and reporting
Communication and collaboration with your teams
Prohibited Uses
Illegal activities or harmful content
Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity
Violations of intellectual property rights
Attempting to circumvent security measures
Excessive usage that impacts service stability
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
Failed payments may result in service suspension
You are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you provide to the service. By using the platform you grant Resolo a license to:
Process and analyze your content to deliver features
Store and back up your data securely
Improve our AI models, services, and infrastructure
Generate outputs and automations based on your inputs
Third-Party Platform Integrations
Resolo integrates with third-party messaging platforms to provide automated response services. By connecting these platforms, you authorize Resolo to act on your behalf within the scope defined below.
Authorization & Scope
Connection requires authentication through the platform provider (Meta, Telegram)
You grant Resolo permission to receive incoming messages and send responses on your behalf
Authorization is limited to messaging functionality; we cannot access posting, profile editing, or follower data
You remain the account owner and retain full control to revoke access at any time
Resolo does not receive or store your platform passwords
Message Processing
Messages received through integrations are processed by the AI agent to generate responses
Processing occurs in real-time; message content is not stored on Resolo infrastructure by default
The AI-generated response is sent back through the platform API under your account
Resolo personnel do not have access to view, read, or monitor your message content
Your Responsibilities
Ensure your use of automated responses complies with each platform's terms of service
Obtain necessary consent from contacts where required by applicable law
Monitor automated responses to ensure they meet your quality and accuracy standards
Promptly disconnect any integration if you no longer wish to use the automated response feature
Disclaimer: Third-party platform availability, policies, and API functionality are controlled by those platforms and may change without notice. Resolo is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, or actions taken by Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Telegram that may affect your integrations.
Data Security & Privacy
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and maintain your privacy:

Sensitive user data encrypted before storage
Encryption keys managed securely and rotated regularly

HMAC-SHA256 signed state parameters for CSRF protection
Single-use state tokens with automatic expiration
Secure token refresh with re-encryption
Authentication required for all OAuth flows

Row Level Security (RLS) policies enforce user isolation
Users can only access their own data
Service-level access strictly controlled and audited
Automatic cleanup of expired temporary data

Export your data at any time in standard formats
Request deletion of your data (30-day retention for recovery)
Access logs of who accessed your data (on request)
Opt-out of data processing for AI model improvements
Security Commitment: We follow industry best practices including those recommended by OWASP, NIST, and SOC 2 compliance frameworks. Our security measures are continuously updated to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties. Resolo is not liable for:
Service interruptions, downtime, or performance issues
Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access
Third-party integrations, plugins, or services
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement. Upon termination:
Your access to the platform will be suspended
You may export your data within 30 days
We will delete your data after the retention period
Outstanding payments remain due in full
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
